Limerick Mental Health Week:

We are interconnected and interdependent on each other. Everyone needs to feel connected, to love and feel loved, to reach out to others and communicate in order to overcome alienation, loneliness and a feeling of being disconnected.

Connection and Our Mental Health

Our happiness, self-esteem, and ability to work is influenced greatly by our relationship with ourselves and others. Being and feeling part of our community can provide a feeling of belonging.

Mental Health Week aims to help, encourage and empower our communities to believe in themselves and their individual and collective abilities to nurture hope and goodness.
